shipping policy.

the process. we pack your order within 1-2 business days. we don't ship on weekends. we are not amazon.

the cost and time. shipping isn't free. you will see the exact price at checkout. slovakia & czech republic: takes about 2-3 business days. rest of europe: takes about 4-7 business days. if you spend over 50 € then shipping to close country is on us.

where is my stuff. when your package leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number. click the link. watch it travel. please check the tracking before you email us asking where your box is.

lost and stolen packages. if the courier loses your package in transit, we will sort it out and send a replacement. if the tracking says "delivered" but you can't find it, ask your neighbors. once it's delivered, it's your problem.

customs and duties. if you are ordering from outside the eu, your government might charge you import taxes. you pay them. not us.
