Refund policy.

the rules: you bought it. you changed your mind. fine. you have 14 days from delivery of your last item to send it back — weekends and holidays included.

the exception: custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned. if you asked us to make something specifically for you, that's yours. no returns, no refunds — unless we made a mistake.

the condition: keep the tags attached. if it smells like you or your dog, we are sending it back. we check everything.

how to do it: use the Returns form at showless.eu/pages/[returns-page]. you will need your order number and email. you cover the return shipping.

cancellations: changed your mind before it ships? use the Returns form or email info@showless.eu before your order is fulfilled and we will cancel it. custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

the money: once we get the package and inspect the items, we will refund your original payment method — including your original standard shipping cost — within 14 days. banks take time. wait a few days before asking where your money is.

damaged items: if we made a mistake and sent you something flawed, email us at info@showless.eu. we will fix it.
