Refund policy.

the rules: you bought it. you changed your mind. fine. you have 14 days from delivery to send it back.

the condition: don't wear it. don't wash it. keep the tags attached. if it smells like you or your dog, we are sending it back. we check everything.

how to do it: send an email to info@showless.eu. include your order number. we will tell you where to ship it. you cover the return shipping !

the money: once we get the package and inspect the items, we will refund your original payment method. banks take time. wait a few days before asking where your money is.

damaged items: if we made a mistake and sent you something flawed, email us. we will fix it. otherwise, refer to the rules above.
